Cozy Cuddles Care Academy collects only information reasonably needed to register students, provide course access, record progress, verify payments, communicate about training and issue certificates.
This may include your name, email address, WhatsApp/mobile number, course progress, quiz and assessment results, payment method, payment reference and certificate information.
Information is used to manage student accounts, verify course fees, provide learning access, maintain progress records, review course completion, issue certificates, provide support and protect the integrity of the training programme.
Course payments may be processed by Paynow, which operates its own payment systems and privacy practices. Students should never send Cozy Cuddles Care Academy their email password, EcoCash PIN, InnBucks PIN, bank password, OTP or other security credentials. The Academy asks only for the payment reference or confirmation information needed for verification.
We do not sell student personal information. Information may be shared with service providers used to operate the training platform where reasonably necessary, or where disclosure is required for safety, legal or regulatory reasons.
Student records are retained for legitimate training, payment, certificate and administrative purposes and access should be restricted to authorised persons. No online system can guarantee absolute security.
