These terms apply to the Cozy Cuddles Care Professional Babysitting & Childcare Starter Course.
Students must create their own account and provide accurate registration information. Login details must not be shared. Course access is activated only after payment has been verified and approved by Cozy Cuddles Care Academy.
The course fee is US$15 unless another price is clearly advertised before purchase. Online course payments are processed through Paynow. Students must submit the correct Paynow transaction/reference through the Student Portal for verification. Course access is activated only after payment has been verified and approved. Students should not make a duplicate payment while approval is pending.
This is a private skills-based starter course. It is not a government-recognised childcare, nursing, teaching, medical, Paediatric First Aid or CPR qualification unless a separate recognised accreditation is expressly stated.
Students must complete required learning activities, knowledge checks, modules and the final assessment. Pass marks shown in the course are compulsory where stated. A final Certificate of Completion remains subject to Cozy Cuddles Care Academy review and approval.
Emergency and first-aid material is awareness training only and does not replace practical training with a recognised provider or advice from qualified healthcare professionals.
Course text, videos, worksheets, assessments, branding and other materials are for the registered student’s personal learning use. They may not be copied, resold, uploaded, redistributed or presented as another person’s training material without written permission.
Fraudulent payment information, account sharing, abusive conduct, deliberate misuse of the platform or unauthorised distribution of course materials may result in access being suspended while the matter is reviewed.
Reasonable efforts are made to keep the course available, but temporary interruptions may occur because of hosting, internet, maintenance or third-party services. Students experiencing access problems should contact Cozy Cuddles Care Academy for assistance.
