We want students to understand what they are purchasing before paying.
The course price and the nature of the programme are displayed before enrolment. Students should contact us before paying if they are unsure whether the course is suitable for them.
Duplicate payments, clearly incorrect payments or payments sent in error may be reviewed for refund once the Paynow or other transaction can be verified.
If a verified payment has been approved but Cozy Cuddles Care Academy is unable to provide the purchased course access and cannot reasonably resolve the problem, the matter may be reviewed for refund or another suitable remedy.
Once payment has been approved and substantial course content has been accessed, course fees are normally non-refundable except where required by applicable law or where Cozy Cuddles Care Academy agrees otherwise after reviewing the circumstances.
